肖嵩，女，1977年1月生，博士，西安電子科技大學通信工程學院電子技術系教授、博導，IEEE、SPIE、陝西省圖形圖像學會會員。2005年1月至2月赴韓國漢陽大學進行短期合作研究。 2006年8至2007年8月在美國南加州大學電子工程系從事博士後研究。
近年來作為負責人承擔並完成了重大專項子課題、國家自然科學基金、武器裝備預研、中韓合作、國防重點實驗室基金、橫向項目等十餘項。以主要完成人參加的自然科學基金項目均獲得"優"或"特優"的評價。申請國家專利8項，已獲得授權1項。獲得“陝西省科技進步獎二等獎”2項，“國防科技進步二等獎”1項，“教育部科學技術進步一等獎”1項。出版專著一部，參譯專著一部。
在Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation、IEICE Transactions on Communication、Science in China、Chinese Journal of Electronics等國內外核心期刊及國際會議上發表論文六十餘篇，其中7篇進入SCI檢索，53篇進入EI檢索，19篇進入ISTP檢索。
