肖寧聰:男,電子科技大學副教授。2002.09–2006.06電子科技大學,機械設計製造及其自動化,學士;2006.09–2008.06電子科技大學,機械設計及其自動化,碩士(碩博連讀);2008.09–2012.12電子科技大學,機械電子工程系,博士;2011.11–2012.11美國Rutgers University,工業及系統工程,聯合培養博士

2011.11-2012.11,在美國Rutgers University 可靠性實驗室從事學習和科研工作,師從可靠性領域的國際知名學者Coit W. Coit教授。Coit W. Coit教授為前美國工業工程師學會、運籌學、質量控制及可靠性工程部主席;國際可靠性領域著名期刊Reliability Engineering & System Safety、IIE Transactions等編委。

在國際高水平期刊如Applied Mathematical Modelling、Structural Safety、Reliability Engineering and System Safety、Structural and Multidisciplinary Optimization等發表SCI檢索期刊論文25餘篇,所做工作已被國際著名學者如Mahadevan等引用,google學術引用超過500次。主持國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金面上一等、湖南省博士後、國家重點實驗室開放基金等項目共7項;主研國家自然科學基金、國家863計畫子課題等國家級項目6項;獲得國防科學技術進步二等獎、三等獎共2項(省部級獎項);獲得國家授權發明專利6項。
