【配料】韭菜花,紅椒,肉絲,鹽,醬油,水澱粉,薑絲,鹽,雞精。【製作方法】
1、韭菜去花尖去掐成寸段,紅椒切絲。
2、豬瘦肉切絲,加鹽,醬油,水澱粉調勻稍醃。
3、熱鍋下油,油熱後,加少許薑絲爆鍋下醃好的肉絲炒散至變色後撈出。
4、余油,下韭菜花和紅椒絲炒至斷生,加鹽調味,另調入少許白糖。
5、倒入炒好的肉絲拌勻,加少許雞精提味即可。
