聶詩東,男,1974年2月生,重慶市人,工學博士,重慶大學土木工程學院副教授,碩士生導師,重慶大學鋼木結構設計研究院副院長,國家一級註冊結構工程師、國家一級註冊建造師,長期從事建築鋼結構基本理論及套用、高性能鋼結構等方向的教學和科研工作。近年來主持國家自然科學基金項目一項,參與國家重點研發計畫、國家自然科學基金、重慶市科技計畫等多個縱向項目,主持並參與橫向自然科學類項目十餘項。發表學術論文四十餘篇,其中SCI、EI檢索論文十餘篇;參編教材多部,其中國家級規劃教材一部;申請並獲得發明專利十餘項;獲省部級科研獎勵一項。
