聶建強(武漢大學國際法研究所副所長)

聶建強，男，1964年10月生，江蘇省丹陽人，瑞士伯爾尼大學法學博士(summa cum laude),現任武漢大學法學院教授（博士生導師）,武漢大學國際法研究所副所長。

基本情況

聶建強教授兼任瑞士世界貿易研究院(World Trade Institute)研究人員, 曾在瑞士伯爾尼大學(攻讀博士 2000.12 – 2005.10)，瑞士比較法研究所(訪問學者 1999.10 – 2000.11), 香港大學法律學院(普通法深造文憑 1998.09 – 1999.05)，美國哥倫比亞大學法學院(訪問學者 1993.08 – 1994.10)留學。

聶建強教授出版了英文專著《The Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in China》（2006年11月由英國倫敦的CAMERON MAY出版社出版，2007年4月再次印刷); 發表了“Towards China’s Greater Influence on the World Finances: A Legal Analysis of Chinese Direct Oversea Investment”（published by Routledge, May 2009），“Towards a Harmonious World: Chinese Historical Conceptions of World Order”(《中國國際私法與比較法年刊》2007年)，The ”Report on Counterfeit and Piracy in China” (經濟與合作組織的國別諮詢報告2006年）, “Several New Issues Relating to the Enforcement of the Enforcement Provisions of the TRIPS Agreement under the WTO Dispute Settlement System”(武大國際法評論第五卷）等英文論文.

聶建強教授承擔了瑞士國家科學基金項目“智慧財產權協定與中國的智慧財產權執法：對良治，法治，法律文化的影響”（2001年10月1日至2003年9月30日）（已完成），主持“和諧世界”理念下國際智慧財產權制度重構的若干法律問題研究（國家社科基金08BFX083），“二十一世紀國際智慧財產權制度發展中的若干重大法律問題研究”（教育部人文社科基地重大課題07JJD820163）等科研項目。
