羅孟飛，男，1963年出生於浙江慈谿；浙江省固體表面反應化學重點實驗室主任，浙江省151人才第一層次入選者。1983年畢業於杭州大學；1983～1999年任教於杭州大學、浙江大學，1999年獲浙江大學理學博士學位；1999.7～2001.10於大連化學物理研究所催化基礎國家重點實驗室從事博士後研究；2001年為浙江師範大學研究員，2002.2—2003.3任日本北九州市立大學客座研究員。主要從事多相催化、催化新材料等方面的研究。研究工作有：鈰基固溶體的合成、表征；揮發性有機物(VOCs)的催化燃燒；ODS替代品的催化合成；選擇性催化加氫。已在國內外期刊上發表研究論文100餘篇，其中SCI收錄40餘篇，EI收錄9篇。曾獲3項國家發明專利、浙江省科學技術三等獎、浙江省人民政府科技進步三等獎、浙江省教育廳科技進步二等獎。
