利用杜仲和楊樹等自然生長的樹木作為實驗系統,以其休眠期的維管形式層區域細胞、組織為實驗材料,用電鏡、免疫電鏡、免疫酶聯、免疫膠體金和基因表達的差異顯示等技術,研究比較其生理休眠期和被動休眠期在原生質體和細胞壁超微結構、內源IAA濃度和分布、特轂澩鐧牡鞍字實戎疃嚳矯嫻牟鉅歟蘊教至礁魴菝咂詡淶牟煌約靶菝呋懟
