項目摘要
在表面直接構築各種可控的單壁碳納米管基納米結構單元是目前納米器件研究領域中的熱點問之一，也是將碳納米管套用於納米器件中的瓶頸問題。本項目結合掃描探針顯微鏡（SPM）納米結構加工、納米壓印（Nanoimprint）、化學氣相沉積（CVD）和化學自組裝等技術在矽、氧化矽表面實現單壁碳納米管的可控生長，包括定點生長和定向生長。進而在表面直接構築各種可控的納米結構單元並對其電子輸運性質進行探索。同時建立在表面直接構築大面積納米結構單元陣列的有效方法。該項目的開展將為未來器件結構構建的研究奠定一定的基礎。
