個人履歷
管貽生 （Yisheng Guan），博士，出生於湖南省汝城縣。廣東工業大學機電學院博士生導師
1987年從湖南農業大學獲學士學位，1990年從哈爾濱工業大學（機電學院）獲工學碩士學位， 1998年從北京航空航天大學（機電學院機器人研究所）獲工學博士學位。1995年至1997年在香港科技大學作聯合培養暨博士課題研究。曾就職於航天部第二研究院、香港VTECH （東莞）集團和加拿大多倫多機器人和自動化技術公司。
1998年至2000年到加拿大阿爾伯塔大學（University of Alberta）計算機系作博士後研究，自2003年持日本學術振興會(JSPS)基金在日本產業技術綜合研究院（筑波，AIST）作特別研究員，2006年為華南理工大學的“百人計畫”所引進。2013年廣東工業大學“百人計畫”特聘教授引進。

科研情況
- 長期從事機器人和自動化系統的研究與開發，獨立或作為主力先後參與研發過工業機器人/操作機(重點實驗室建設基金，哈工大)、數控工具機 (部屬課題，原航天部第二研究院)、機器人多指靈巧手、機器人臂手集成系統 (863計畫和國家自然科學基金，北航)；多機器人系統 (香港政府和香港科大基金，香港科技大學)，機器人多指手遙作業系統(加拿大NSERC基金和Precan資助，University of Alberta)、五軸離子束鏡面拋光機器人、掃雷(金屬探測)用輪履式移動機器人、帶多自由度操作臂的火炮發射移動機器人(國際橫向，加拿大機器人及自動化公司)和仿人機器人(日本學術振興會基金, 產業技術綜合研究院)。
- 近五年來著重開展模組化仿生機器人的研究和開發工作,主持國家自然科學基金、國家863計畫、教育部博士點基金、中央高校業務費重點支持等縱向項目和華為、諾基亞及廣州數控等著名企業委託的橫向項目十多個,開發機器人及其它機電系統十多台，申請專利三十項（已獲授權二十多項，包括九項發明專利）。

- 出版著作《Java高級實用編程》（清華大學出版社）和譯作《仿人機器人》（清華大學出版社），參編教材《機械工程概論》（華中科技大學出版社）。在下列國內外著名期刊和重要國際會議等場合發表八十多篇論文：
