所有ICMeCG2015 錄用論文都將收錄於IEEE 計算機學會出版的會議論集。該會議論文集將提交至IEEE Xplore數字圖書館，並被EI和INSPEC 索引。
此外，優秀論文將被邀請提交擴充版本在SCI 或EI 索引的期刊上出版。SCI 期刊包括Journal of Applied Research and Technology(JART), International Journal of Computers, Communication and Control (IJCCC), Technical Gazette, International Journal of Simulation Modelling (IJSIMM), Studies in Informatics and Control (SIC)等。EI期刊包括Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management (JIEM), Journal of Computing and Information Technology (JCIT), Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations (JECO), Cybernetics and Information Technologies (CIT)等。
ICMeCG2014 已經成功推薦6篇論文到SCI期刊、29篇論文到EI期刊發表。
