研究方向
集成化生物技術――生物上、中、下游集成化技術與機理研究,特別是具有自主智慧財產權的基因編輯技術的機理與套用研究。理論上,研究分子生物學原理(基因表達調控)與發酵調控原理(環境因子調控);套用上,通過理性設計結合現代生物技術等實驗手段解決微生物轉化與降解、蛋白(酶)設計與表達、及生物分離過程中的難題。主要涉及環境微生物轉化與降解、微生物製藥(甾體與蛋白藥物)、與生物分離(蛋白質分離與復性)等領域。
