章浙濤，男，漢族，浙江紹興人，中共黨員，博士，河海大學地球科學與工程學院副教授，碩士生導師。

個人簡介

副教授，碩士生導師，浙江紹興人，長期從事衛星精密定位與導航位置服務的理論與套用新技術方面的工作，主要研究特色是複雜條件下的精密導航定位問題。目前主要研究以北斗/GNSS為核心手段，結合室內外無縫定位以及多源感測器融合的PNT。共主持國家自然科學基金等在內的10餘項縱向橫向課題，核心參與其他各類項目10餘項。發表包括本領域國際國內權威期刊Journal of Geodesy、GPS Solutions以及測繪學報等雜誌在內的學術論文50餘篇，包括一作/二作SCI或EI論文20餘篇，並多次作相關學術報告。此外，注重核心技術的研發以及成果轉化，致力於開發GNSS導航定位新技術及軟體研製，相關成果已申請授權發明專利和軟體著作權10餘項。
入選河海大學“大禹學者”第四層次，獲衛星導航定位科技進步獎一等獎，夏堅白測繪事業創業與科技創新獎之測繪優秀青年獎一等獎，全國高等學校測繪類專業青年教師講課競賽一等獎等10餘個榮譽稱號。博士論文獲中國衛星導航定位協會優秀博士學位論文以及同濟大學優秀博士學位論文；另有論文獲領跑者5000中國精品科技期刊頂尖學術論文（F5000），《測繪學報》年度優秀論文，中國衛星導航定位協會年度優秀論文，CSNC年會最佳論文獎等。擔任中國衛星導航定位協會青年工作委員會委員，是Journal of Geodesy，GPS Solutions，IEEE Internet of Things Journal，IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems等20餘個SCI雜誌的審稿人。
