課題組
課題組擅長開展厭氧/好氧微生物培養、生物電化學系統、污染物降解實驗,以及降解產物的表征鑑定與相關降解功能基因的研究。
目前正在進行的研究有:
沉積物/土壤有機污染物的生物(電化學)降解及功能基因分析;
生物燃料電池及有機污染物生物電化學修復技術;
石油烴的降解、油田油泥污染修復及功能基因分析;
(淡水、海水)水產養殖廢水生物處理技術及反應器內微生態研究;
海洋環境中表層水體、沉積物和生物體內的微塑膠污染調查;
微塑膠的微生物降解及其對污染物生物降解過程的影響。
研究內容
Ⅰ.課題組首次證實土壤中提取出的胡敏素作為固體電子媒介體(RM)的作用,並套用於多種不同污染物生物修復。本成果有助於促進污染物原位生物修復技術研究的發展與推廣。
