摘要 | 在篩選新抗生素的過 程中, 從我國福建土壤中分離到一株鏈黴菌, 編號114. 該菌株產生四種以上的不同抗生素. 經化學鑑別有三種為 新抗生素. 其中兩種是苯並蒽醌Ben(a)anthraquinone 組 的新抗生素, 定名為福建黴素A和B (Fujanmycins A and B). 另一新抗生素為 Streptonigrone. 還有一個是已知 抗腫瘤,抗細菌的抗生素 --- 鏈黑菌素 Streptonigrin. 該菌經過形態學, 培育特徵, 生理生化特徵以及細胞壁成 分鑑定是一個新種, 命名為福建黴素鏈黴菌 (Streptomyces fujanmyceticus n. sp. Yan, Zhang, Yu, 1985). |
Abstract | The microgansin Micromonospora strain M-41 was obtained from ooze samples in Wuxi, Jiangsu. It was found to produce Sisomicin and Verdamicin.It's morphological cultural characteristics, utilization of various carbon and physiological properties were studied. It is different from any known species.It is different from any known species. It produced dark green to greenish black substrate mycelia and greenish black to black spore.Under an electron microscopic observation, the sproe was oval to spherical in shape, and bluntly sping-surface. There is no aerial mycelium and no soluble pigment.This strain M-61 was considered as a new subspecies of Micromonospora, and thus the name Micromonospora olivoasterospora subsp. wuxiensis is proposed. |
