祝喬，博士，西南交通大學副教授，2010年7月獲北京科技大學博士學位並同年留校任教。
2014年10月到西南交大工作，主要從事新能源汽車、動力學系統控制、疊代學習控制、機電系統和工業過程建模與控制等方面的研究。近幾年，先後在重要控制領域期刊發表論文20餘篇，其中第一作者SCI源論文7篇、EI源論文8篇；先後主持了國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金面上項目、教育部博士學科點專項科研基金和四川省國際合作項目，參加了多項“863”項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目和面上項目等。
