項目摘要
探索、設計和合成一些新反應體系中的活性物種或活性中間體,並建立這些活性物種或活性中間體作為基本合成子,在金屬催化劑或試劑的作用下,發現合成化學新反應、新方法,不僅可以從源頭上革新,而且對高效發現有機合成化學新反應具有至關重要的作用和意義。本項目主要研究內容包括四個方面:(1) 基於單醯氯活化碳二亞胺的活性物種N-醯基-氯代脒與炔基硫鋰反應,可構築5-醯基-2-亞氨基噻唑啉新反應,深入、系統研究單醯氯,磷醯氯,鹵代烴活化碳二亞胺的加合物與不同親核試劑的反應;(2) 探索金屬催化劑或試劑活化碳二亞胺分子,獲得更加活潑的反應物種,開展它們的反應化學;(3) 基於碳二亞胺分子中C=N雙鍵的環加成反應,合成高張力的小環化合物,並建立其在合成化學中的套用;(4) 探索雙醯氯與碳二亞胺加合物的合成及套用:缺電子氮雜環卡賓的合成。
