曾在英國諾丁漢特倫特大學（Nottingham Trent University）商學院擔任旅遊與國際商務講師， 2008年加入薩里國際學院，現任旅遊專業教研室主任。英國高等教育研究院成員。

主要貢獻
Dr. Fangfang Shi took her first degree from Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology (China) in 2002 and her MSc in Tourism Management from the University of Surrey (UK) in 2003. Then she did her PhD in Tourism at Nottingham Trent University (UK) in 2008and worked in the same university as a Lecturer in Tourism and International Business.
Dr. Fangfang Shi had served as tutor in Tourism Management and International Business at Nottingham Trent University (UK). Currently, she serves as the Director of Tourism Programmes at Surrey International Institute, and she teaches Tourism Management, Tourism Policy and Development, International Tourism destination.
Her research interests include religious tourism, attraction management, souvenirs, tourism development, internationalization of education, etc. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK).
