《石油、石化和天然氣工業用往復泵》（GB/T 34391-2017）是2018年4月1日實施的一項中華人民共和國國家標準，歸口於全國泵標準化技術委員會。
《石油、石化和天然氣工業用往復泵》（GB/T 34391-2017）規定了石油、石化和天然氣工業中使用的往復式泵和泵機組，適用於直動式和機動式兩種形式。該標準不適用於計量泵和旋轉式泵註：計量泵查閱 API Std 675；旋轉式泵查閱 API Std 676。

2011年12月14日，國家標準計畫《石油、石化和天然氣工業用往復泵》（20111052-T-604）下達，項目周期12個月，由TC211（全國泵標準化技術委員會）歸口上報及執行，主管部門為中國機械工業聯合會。全國標準信息公共服務平台顯示，該計畫已完成網上公示、起草、徵求意見、審查、批准、發布工作。
2017年9月29日，國家標準《石油、石化和天然氣工業用往復泵》（GB/T 34391-2017）由中華人民共和國國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局、中國國家標準化管理委員會發布。
2018年4月1日，國家標準《石油、石化和天然院抹氣工業用往復泵》（GB/T 34391-2017）實施。
制定依據
國家標準《石油、石化和天然氣工業用往復泵》（GB/T 34391-2017）依據中國國家標準《標準化工作導則—第1部分：標準的結構和編寫規則》（GB/T 1.1-2009）規則起草。該標準使用翻譯法等同採用ISO 13710:2004《石油、石化和天然氣工業往復式容積泵》（英文）。
