2000年本科畢業於西北大學,2003年碩士畢業與中國科學院西雙版納熱帶植物園,2008年於中國科學院上海植物生理生態研究所獲得博士學位,2010年於中國科學院昆明動物研究所博士後出站,隨後在中科院昆明動物研究所遺傳資源與進化國家重點實驗室任副研究員,項目研究員。2016年3月全職引進華南師範大學。2011年入選“中國科學院青年創新促進會”會員。2015年獲得”雲南省學術與技設勸拳術帶頭人後備人才”項目。主要以遷捉元進化基因組學及轉錄組學手段,聯合基於CRISPR/Cas9基因編輯技術等的功能研究,深入開展家蠶人工選擇機制、泌絲動物繭絲進化機制等研究,並拓展至鱗翅目害蟲的入侵機制研究。共發表SCI論文28篇,其中以第一或通訊(含共同通訊)作者在Nature Biotechnology,Nature Ecology and Evolution,Molecular Biology and Evolution,PloS Genetics等期刊發表論文18篇。主持973計畫課題、國防科技創新特區項目、中國科學院“西部之光人才培養計畫” 重點項目等項目11項。獲得省級自然科學獎(二等,排名第二)及省級優秀科技論文兵墊屑獎(特等,排名第一)。擔任昆蟲學會基因組學專業委員會青年委員、廣東省遺傳學會青年委員會委員,曾任PLOS Genetics guest editor, 為Genetics, DNA research, Disease Models & Mechanisms, Insect Science、BMC Genomics等期刊論文審稿。

研究方向
1. 家蠶人工選擇機制:家捆挨養動物在人工選擇下的進化是物種快速進化的獨特事件。家蠶作為唯一完全馴化的昆蟲類家養動物,具有家養動物的“馴化綜合徵”以及昆蟲特有的生物學特性,是研究人工選擇機制的獨特模式。我們將利用進化基因組學、轉錄組學等多組學手段,結合基因編輯以一系列分子生物學、細胞生物學研究手段,深入揭示家蠶馴化及改良過程中的重要形態、生理及行為性狀的快速進化的遺傳和分子機制。
2. 泌絲動物繭絲進化機制:絲蛋白是一類性能優良的生物高分子物質,具有重要的套用價值。絲蛋白結構與性能關係的深入解析,將為優良絲蛋白分子設計及改良的套用實踐提供重要線索。我們將以重要泌絲動物如野生絹絲蛾類及蜘蛛為模式,從進化基因組學及轉錄組學視角,探究自然選擇下物種進化過程中繭絲變異的遺傳機制。
3. 鱗翅目害蟲入侵及爆發機制:鱗翅目蛾類中有不少農林害蟲,尤其是近期入侵害蟲在我國暴發成災,造成農作物損失嚴重,防控緊迫而嚴峻。我們從進化基因組、轉錄組及腸道宏基因組學等角度,初步探討害蟲入侵及種群爆發的遺傳機制,為害蟲防治分子靶標的發掘提供參考依據。紙故疊拳
