人物經歷

1998年考取南京大學,2002.9—2007.7南京大學材料科學與工程系碩博連讀畢業,現留校任教。

研究方向

氧化物薄膜多層膜、超晶格微結構材料及光電功能材料以及器件的製備、表征和物理性能的研究。在所從事的研究工作中,主要關注半導體光催化、稀磁半導體及其自旋電子器件、鐵電磁體、人工帶隙結構材料及其微結構器件。

主要貢獻

在實驗上系統地研究了超音波在超晶格中的傳播與激發,及微結構與超晶格頻率回響間的規律
研製成功聲學超晶格的超高頻(GHz)的超聲諧振器、換能器等
從理論和實驗上研究了人工帶隙材料中光波和聲波的傳播的規律,發現了聲波的負折射現象,發現了回波負折射的現象,聲波的雙負折射現象,並成功地實現了超音波的可調諧負折射成像。
學術論文被國際國內同行引用多次。其中在世界最頂級的國際期刊《自然》材料子刊上發表了一篇富有學術影響力的論文,並在代表世界物理學最高水平的雜誌美國《物理評論快報》上發表了多篇論文。
他和導師閔乃本院士、陳延峰教授一起被中央電視台9月1號的新聞聯播報導。
