個人經歷:
1988年畢業於西北大學化工系。1988年7月至2001年8月在中國石油蘭州石化工作,高級工程師,主要從事機械設計和設備管理工作。2001年8月考入蘭州化學物理研究所攻讀博士學位,師從劉維民研究員,同年調入蘭化所,從事先進耐磨自潤滑材料及其摩擦學研究。2005年獲得博士學位,聘為副研究員。工作期間,參與了多項重要的基礎和套用研究項目,包括973、863、國家自然科學基金、中科院方向性項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目、軍品配套項目等。目前主持基金和863項目各一項。近年來發表論文30餘篇,申報和合作申報國內外發明專利10餘件(其中已授權3件)。已畢業碩士畢業生1名,協助培養博士研究生2名,目前在讀碩士研究生3名。
