田國強(上海財經大學經濟學院院長)

田國強，男，1956年生，1982年獲華中工學院（現華中科技大學）數學碩士學位。1987年獲美國明尼蘇達大學經濟學博士學位。1987年起在美國德州A&M大學任教，現為該大學終身任期正教授。2004年起出任上海財經大學經濟學院院長、高等研究院院長。Annals of Economics and Finance共同主編，Frontier of Economics in China主編。師從諾貝爾經濟學獎獲得者、“機制設計理論之父”赫維茨教授。曾任中國留美經濟學會會長（1991-1992）。他所創導的上海財經大學“經濟學創新平台”項目試點，在高層次人才引進和培養體制改革方面取得顯著成效，引領了國家“優勢學科創新平台項目”的建設。

個人簡介

田國強是教育部首批人文社會科學長江學者講座教授，中組部首批“千人計畫”入選者及評審專家。目前兼任上海市人民政府特聘決策諮詢專家，香港科技大學、華中科技大學等大學兼職教授，南京財經大學名譽教授，《中國經濟評論》等的共同主編和《中國研究評論》等的編委。在國際英文知名學術刊物上發文近百篇，在中文學術刊物上發文四十餘篇，包括在經濟學權威期刊《經濟研究》上發文9篇。

在對1990-2000年全球著名1000名經濟學家的論文發表和論文引用次數排名中，田國強分別位居華人經濟學家中第4位與第6位。2006年被《華爾街電訊》列為中國大陸十大最具影響力的經濟學家之一。

其研究領域涉及經濟機制設計理論、動態經濟學和一般均衡理論。他提出了一個在“非規範性”的經濟環境中，即有限經濟自由和不完全市場體系環境下的企業產權理論。

人物履歷

1971—1972年的教育回潮中，他得以在高中學到一些知識。

1974年高中畢業，當時畢業後有兩種選擇，一種是進工廠，但不可能上大學，另外一種是下鄉，可能被推薦上大學。田國強當時的願望是上大學，因此選擇了下鄉。

1976年秋考入華中工學院。

1983年1月底，田國強成為明尼蘇達大學經濟系有史以來第一個來自中國大陸的博士生。

1982年獲華中工學院（現華中科技大學）數學碩士學位，

1987年5月，田國強的博士論文獲得答辯委員會的一致同意，拿到博士學位。1987年夏，田國強到德克薩斯農工大學經濟系任終身軌助理教授。這以後的幾年中，他的學術創造力十分旺盛，每年都能出產近十篇學術論文。

1991年，他順利晉升副教授並獲得了終身教職。

1991—1992，獲得終身教職後，身為中國留美經濟學會（CES）的一名資深會員，田國強欣然接受推薦，開始擔任1991—1992年度的會長。

1995年，39歲的田國強又被破格提升為正教授，僅八年時間就走完了從助理教授到終身正教授的路程，這在德州農工歷史上也是少有的。

2015年11月8日，田國強、陳旭東全著的《中國改革：歷史、邏輯和未來》，獲頒第16屆（2014年度）孫冶方經濟科學獎。

突出貢獻

在田國強擔任CES會長期間，正逢中國改革開放過程中的第二次思想交鋒興起之時。在這一歷史性的時刻，CES會員們貢獻出自己最寶貴的知識。1993年10月，在田國強和易綱的主持編撰下，一套共14本的《市場經濟學普及叢書》，由上海人民出版社出版，其中也包括田國強和張帆合著的《大眾市場經濟學》。這是第一套通俗地介紹現代市場經濟學的普及叢書，1994年獲得了中國圖書獎等四個國家級大獎，至今仍然是許多經濟學子的入門讀物和經濟學研究者的必讀文獻。

《市場經濟學普及叢書》的好評給了田國強無窮的動力，他認識到在一個社會轉型時期思想上的理性啟蒙工作極端重要。於是開始將目光投向國內各種嚴肅的學術期刊以及一些在國內思想界有重要影響的陣地，陸續發表自己對於改革過程中一些具體問題和政策的評論，涵蓋國有企業改革、銀行業改革、社會保障體制改革、民營經濟發展、幸福經濟學與和諧社會等多個方面共30餘篇論文（著作）。

一個理想類型的學者，應當同時是一個優秀的教育家。受到本科時代朱九思校長對於教育事業那份執著精神的影響，田國強對於教育事業特別是經濟學教育有著深厚的感情。在拿到終身教職之後，他經常利用假期回國講學，先後擔任清華大學特聘教授、北京大學兼職教授、浙江大學竺可楨講座教授、香港科技大學兼職教授、武漢大學兼職教授、母校華中科技大學數量經濟與金融研究中心副主任等職，並在國務院發展研究中心國際技術與經濟研究所等單位從事研究。

然而他在大陸的真正歸宿是上海。2004年始，擁有87載悠久歷史傳承卻仍不斷在國內高校教育改革中勇闖“禁區”、創新突破的上海財經大學向大洋彼岸的田國強發出了最熱烈的邀請。在學校開明領導層的支持下，田國強7月走馬出任上海財經大學經濟學院院長。上任伊始，他便提出“求實創新、打造一流”的發展戰略，籌劃“經濟學創新平台”建設項目，圍繞“打造一流師資、強化學術研究、深化教學改革、狠抓學風教風、嚴化教師考核、規範行政管理”等六項主要工作實施全方位、多層次、高起點的經濟學教育改革系統工程。隨著改革的不斷深入和成效的不斷顯現，經濟學院這種具有鮮明特色的經濟學教育科研改革引起了國內外教育界的廣泛關注。“經濟學創新平台”建設項目成為教育部、財政部、國務院學位辦聯合立項的國家重點教育改革專門項目，獲得上海市領導的高度重視，得到教育部、財政部專項資金以及上海市配套資金的大力支持。2006年底，“經濟學創新平台”又被列入參照“985工程”科技創新平台模式建設的國家“優勢學科創新平台項目”。

在進行教學改革的同時，田國強深知中國正處在改革開放的攻堅階段，亟需專業的研究機構為經濟改革與社會發展的長遠戰略問題和當前熱點問題進行攻關。在他積極推動下，2006年7月，上海財經大學高等研究院正式成立，田國強兼任高等研究院院長。高等研究院以準確的數據為依據，先進的理論為指導，科學的研究方法為手段，理論結合實際，定性與定量分析並舉，凝聚海內外的研究力量，以項目的形式凝聚海內外研究力量，發揮群體作戰的規模優勢，聯合攻關，力圖打造成為集政府決策諮詢、重大項目研究、學術前沿探討和高級人才培養於一體的大型權威綜合研究機構。2008年以來，高等研究院已經連續兩年推出系列政策建議書，內容涵蓋大學辦學、金融危機、教育改革、三農問題、環境治理等長遠重大問題和當前熱點難點問題，得到上海市政府以及中央部委領導的重視。
