產品說明

Epoxy orange hull anti-slip flooring adopts from non-solvent epoxy resin by adding stuffing of proper amount. Stuffing of different performances is available according to the anti-slip requirements of different situations.

適用範圍

要求防滑的廠房車間、工廠、停車場、坡道、人行道、食品廠、肉聯廠、以及飯堂廚房等地坪。

施工工藝

·原地面處理：對所施工地面進行全面打磨、修補、除塵

·底塗層：將底塗材料用滾筒滾塗或鏝刀刮塗

·中塗層：待底漆固化後，修補、打磨、除塵後在上中塗材料

·批塗層：待砂漿層固化，打磨、除塵後用鏝刀刮塗調配好的批層材料

·面塗層：把批塗層打磨、吸塵，再將面塗材料滾塗於批塗之上

Construction Techniques:

·Original ground treatment: Abrade, repair the floor to be constructed and get rid of the dust on it.

·Prime coat: Scrape and paint the prime materials on the floor with a roller or a trowel.

·Intermediate Coat: After the primer is dry, abrasion and dust removal, slowly adjust the intermediate materials with trowel.

·After the putty is dry, polish and scrap mixed materials

·Finishing Coat: Abrade the intermediate coat and remove the dust on it, and then coat the intermediate coat with finishing coat materials.
