環氧撒砂止滑地坪

環氧樹脂撒砂止滑地坪採用的是進口的環氧樹脂及固化劑再添加適量的填料配製而成，可通過選擇不同性能的填料來滿足場合對地面防滑性的要求。

施工工藝

·原地面處理：對所施工地面進行全面打磨、修補、除塵

·底塗層：將底塗材料用滾筒滾塗或鏝刀刮塗

·中塗層：待底漆固化，打磨、除塵後用鏝刀刮塗調配好的中層材料

·撒砂：將砂子撒布混勻，無累積砂

·面塗層：將面塗材料滾塗於中塗之上

Construction Techniques:

·Original ground treatment: Abrade, repair the floor to be constructed and get rid of the dust on it.

·Prime coat: Scrape and paint the prime materials on the floor with a roller or a trowel.

·Intermediate Coat: After the putty is dry, abrasion and dust removal, slowly adjust the intermediate materials with trowel.

·Spread sand smooth.

·Finishing Coat: Abrade the intermediate coat and remove the dust on it, and then coat the intermediate coat with finishing coat materials.

養護：

1.地坪施工完畢後需養護7-10天后方可投入使用，在養護期間，應避免水或其它溶液侵潤表面

2.凡進入車間員工必須要換成焦底鞋

3.凡是硬體：不能在上面弄

4.拖拉板需充分將托板升離地面，轉彎時請特別注意機板角切勿刮傷地面

5.清潔地面時請用軟質吸水性好的拖把或乾濕兩用吸塵器，可用清水或清潔劑清洗

6.若因使用時間較長而造成磨損或刮花、小面積可進行局部修補，若面積較大則建議重新滾塗一次

7.設備進廠前，在地坪上鋪上硬紙箱墊底，以免在運輸設備過程中刮傷地面

8.推車，板車之車輪請用硬質或彈性膠輪
