摘要 | 本文報導一株馬拉放線菌, 該菌株在一 些培養基上產生粉紅色至玫瑰紅色的基內菌線體, 氣生菌 絲體欠拔尋白色或淺粉紅色, 孢子鏈直或波曲, 孢子表面光滑, 細胞壁化學組分記舉她III型,全細胞水解糖類型B. 經研究證明 為馬桿拉放線菌屬中的一個新種, 命名為廈殼埋玫瑰紅馬桿拉放 細菌探霉辯 (Actinomadura rosea n. sp.). |
Abstract | A new species of Actinomadura is described. It is characterized by its aerial rose spore mass color, rectiflexible sporechain not formingpseuosporangia on any media, and cylindrical spores with smooth surface. The chemical composition of cell wall belongs to type III ofBecker et al., and a type B whole-cell sugar pattern. Therefore, this strain is placed in the genus Actinomadura. As the cultural characteristicsand carbohydrate utilization, of this strain are different form those of all known members of the genus Actinomadura, the binomial Actinomadura rosea n. sp. |
