王虹蘇

王虹蘇,女,1978年10月出生,博士,教授,碩士生導師,主要從事食品中酶的提取、固載化及套用方面的研究;生物感測器的製備及對食品中有害物質的檢測;食品的抑菌保鮮。先後主持國家自然科學基金、國家科技支撐計畫863項目、吉林省科技廳重點研發項目、教育部博士點基金、中國博士後面上及特別資助等項目。在本科生培養方面取得一定成果,指導學生獲全國大學生“挑戰杯”課外學術作品大賽特等獎,全國首批大學生“小平科技創新團隊”等榮譽。以第一責任人身份發表SCI文章二十餘篇。
