研究方向

文昌魚是現存生物中與脊椎動物最相似的無脊椎動物,因此是研究脊椎動物起源及其胚胎髮育機制的理想模型。我們課題組主要運用基因敲除、轉基因、顯微注射、原位雜交、掃描電鏡等試驗手段,研究文昌魚早期胚胎髮育機制,特別是體軸建立機制,以期對立良察脊椎動物器官起源與發育機制有更深入的拜只凳理解
