王瑜,1966年1月10日生,籍貫陝西省神木縣。博士教授,博士導師。主要研究領域為:造山帶造山作用過程的研究;中新生代構造作用特徵及年代學的研究;同位素年代學中的Ar-Ar年代學及實驗室研究和測年;中新生代的熱年代學及其過程;第四紀中國火山活動的構造地質背景的研究;同時還涉及有關的盆地構造研究。

教育教學經歷

1988年畢業於西北大學地質系,1991年於中國地質大學(北京)獲構造地質學碩士學位,1994年於中國地質科學院獲構造地質學博士學位,1994-1996年期間在中國地震局地球物理研究所從事固體地球物理方向的博士後研究工作,1997年被中國地震局地質研究所聘為副研究員。2001年被評為研究員,2001年底調中國地質大學(北京)任教,2002年轉為教授
近幾年來所從事的專業為構造地質學、構造-熱年代學、Ar/Ar測年。負責中國地質大學(北京)大型儀器MM-5400質譜儀工作。中國地質學會構造地質與大陸動力學專業委員會委員。
從事的主要研究領域為:造山帶造山作用過程的研究;中新生代構造作用特徵及年代學的研究;同位素年代學中的Ar-Ar年代學及實驗室研究和測年;中新生代的熱年代學及其過程;第四紀中國火山活動的構造地質背景的研究;同時還涉及有關的盆地構造研究。

科研情況

1995年以來,獨立出版專著二本(地質出版社〕,參與出版專著二本(石油出版社、地震出版社)。有關的學術論文(或會議論文及摘要)三十餘篇,主要發表在地質學報,GSA Bulletin, Terra Nova,Journal of Asian Earth Sciences,
Tectonics, Journal of Structural Geology, Geological Society of London, Special Publication,
GSA Map and Chart Series等。
