王淑霞，南開大學動物生物學和發育生物學系教授，中國昆蟲學會(ESC)及美國昆蟲學會會員(ESA)。國家科學技術發明獎、國家科學技術進步獎評審專家。

人物經歷

2002. 01－12在澳大利亞昆士蘭大學（University of Queensland）訪問研究。中國昆蟲學會(ESC)及美國昆蟲學會會員(ESA)。

主講課程

本科生《動物行為學》（雙語）、研究生《專業英語》和《生物文獻學》。

研究方向

從事鱗翅目昆蟲系統學研究工作，涉及鱗翅目廣義織蛾科（織蛾科、木蛾科、列蛾科等）和寬蛾科、草蛾科、祝蛾科、螟蛾科、巢蛾科等系統分類，系統發育和動物地理學的研究。

主要在研項目

近年主持國家和省部級科研項目7項。建立多個科學上的新屬，命名發表新種200多個。出版專著、譯著以及參編著作多部，在國內外發表學術論文130多篇。　(1) 主持“中國寬蛾科亞科分類修訂及系統發育研究”（國家自然科學基金項目）。
(2) 主持“《中國動物志》鱗翅目：寬蛾科”的編研（科技部基礎性工作專項）。
(3) 主持“世界錦織蛾屬修訂與動物地理學研究”（教育部高等學校博士學科點專項科研基金項目。
