人物經歷
1969年畢業於復旦大學生物學系，1971-1981於軍事醫學科學院從事微生物學研究，1981-1991於解放軍總醫院從事免疫學研究，1985-1987美國費城WISTAR研究所訪問學者進行微生物的分子生物學研究。1991－至今，復旦大學遺傳學研究所，從事微生物免疫與遺傳工程研究。教授（博導），復旦大學遺傳所常務副所長，遺傳學科“211工程”設備管理組組長，生命學院學術委員會委員。兼任上海市免疫學會理事，國外醫學《微生物學》分冊副主編，《微生物與感染》雜誌副主編。
研究方向
分子免疫學與遺傳工程；結核病防治基礎研究。
主要貢獻
發表學術論文120篇，其中SCI論文47篇。申請專利8項。培養碩士生、博士生、博士後20多人。目前主要從事結核病防治的基礎研究，先後承擔國家863、973、十五攻關、國家自然科學基金、上海市科委基金等10個科研項目。2005－2006年發表關於結核研究的學術論文在國內處於領先水平。
參與的軍事醫學科研“xxx 裝置的研製”、“狂犬病毒結構蛋白抗原決定簇的篩選及其化學合成多肽疫苗的研究”、“基因工程實驗技術”、酵母表達人a 干擾素的研究和開發、“免疫學導論”。代表性論文和專著如下。
