Research area and interests:
研究方向和領域(Research area):微生物次生代謝產物的農藥活性及代謝調控。
研究興趣(Research interests):從微生物中尋找新型具生物活性的次生代謝產物;基於系統生物學方法(基因組學、轉錄組學、蛋白質組學及代謝組學等) 挖掘微生物隱藏的次生代謝產物。
目前開展的研究工作(Research work):昆蟲病原線蟲共生菌次生代謝產物及其生物活性與生理生態功能;外源信號、外源信號的轉導及其對共生菌次生代謝產物產生的調控; 轉錄調節子(CpxR、OmpR)遺傳操作提高共生菌抗菌活性的機理。
