王杉(中山大學嶺南學院助理教授)

王杉，女，博士，中山大學嶺南學院助理教授。主要從事服務業（如醫療保健、商貿零售和交通運輸業）的運營管理研究。她目前的研究側重點是帶有容量約束和複雜顧客行為的服務系統設計與控制，重點關注醫療保健這一特殊套用領域，並以如何及時、有效和高效地提供醫療服務作為研究目標。她的研究方法和研究工具包括隨機建模、最佳化與統計。
