王曉芳，現任中國人民大學商學院管理科學與工程系副教授，博士生導師，主要研究服務運營管理特別是醫療服務管理。2015年入選教育部“長江學者獎勵計畫”青年學者，2014年國家自然科學基金委“優秀青年基金”獲得者，2013年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才”支持計畫，2013年獲得第六屆高校科研優秀成果獎(人文社科)的論文類二等獎（第一作者）。清華大學獲得學士和碩士學位，美國卡內基梅隆大學商學院獲博士學位。2008年8月回國加入中國人民大學商學院，中英文雙語講授運營管理、收益管理、質量管理等課程。現任Elsevier國際期刊Surveys in Operations Research andManagement Science的編委，美國運籌學和管理學研究協會(INFORMS)會員、美國生產與運作管理學會(POMS)會員和POMS中國分會會員、華人學者管理科學與工程協會(CSAMSE)會員、中國運籌學會隨機服務與運作管理分會常務理事、中國系統工程學會服務系統工程分會理事。
