王新波，男，現任蘇州大學實驗教學中心高級實驗師。負責材料實驗室的建設、安全和管理，並協調材料系、各有關研究所和材料實驗室的工作和教學聯繫。
2008年蘇州大學材料工程學院獲工學碩士學位，1986年7月--1997年5月 蘇州絲綢工學院染化系，任助工、實驗師；1997年5月--2008年7月 蘇州大學材料工程學院材料工程系實驗室，任實驗師；現任蘇州大學材化部高級實驗師，實驗教學中心副主任。十年來，在國內期刊上發表研究和實驗教學管理正式論文約30篇。發明專利一項（排名第二）。
