王慧，女，1969年12月出生，漢族，山西太原人，1991年6月加入中國共產黨，1992年8月參加工作，研究生學歷，醫學博士，研究員，教授，博士生導師，科技部重點專項首席科學家，國家傑出青年科學基金獲得者，國家百千萬人才工程入選者，中國青年女科學家獎獲得者，享受國務院特殊津貼專家，中科院百人計畫、上海市三八紅旗手、五一勞動獎章獲得者，上海市優秀學術帶頭人，上海市領軍人才，國務院食品安全委員會專家委員會委員，上海市毒理學會理事長，Elsevier高被引學者，中國僑聯第九屆“僑界貢獻獎”一等獎獲得者。
現任上海交通大學醫學院公共衛生學院院長，上海交通大學數字醫學研究院執行院長，上海交通大學醫學院單細胞組學與疾病研究中心中方主任，上海市黃浦區僑聯主席，上海交通大學特聘教授，中國科學院上海營養與健康研究所客座研究員。
王慧教授長期從事主動健康與慢病防控、營養與食品安全、健康教育與健康傳播的基礎和套用研究，創立基於主動健康指數的數位化全生命周期的健康管理體系在全國多地套用示範。在Nature、JAMA、Nature Microbiol、Lancet Digit Health、Lancet Psychiatry、Gut、Nat Commun等國際雜誌發表SCI 論文170餘篇，主編專著9部，申請專利56項，成果轉化7項，形成國家、行業標準25項，牽頭國家全民數字素養與技能培訓基地、上海市營養創新平台數字營養中心、上海市病媒生物預防控制實訓基地、上海市學生（青少年）科創教育基地等建設。

- 腫瘤分子靶點和營養藥學的套用基礎研究：發現腫瘤人群易感標誌物和診斷治療新靶點，研究靶點功能及其分子調控和信號轉導，探索以膳食營養素、天然植物活性成份、化學小分子探針等靶向干預和治療腫瘤的新機制和新方法。
