王建黎，浙江工業大學教授，博士生導師，於1971年3月出生於江蘇常熟。1994年畢業於南昌大學有機合成專業，1998年獲杭州大學高分子化學與物理專業碩士學位，2002年獲浙江大學高分子化學與物理專業博士學位，2002年5月至2003年6月，韓國全北國立大學博士後；2006年3月至2007年2月加拿大勞倫森大學（Laurentian University）博士後;2014年6月至2014年11月，美國俄亥俄州立大學（The Ohio State University at Columbus）高級訪問學者。2003年晉升副教授，2008年晉升教授，2004年獲碩士生導師資格，2009年獲博士生導師資格。入選浙江省新世紀151人才第三層次。中國能源協會高級會員、浙江省化工協會高分子副主任委員。

主要圍繞著可再生生物質能源、分離與反應功能性高分子材料的合成、製備及其套用等領域展開，在後過渡金屬催化烯烴活性聚合、聚合物離子交換樹脂、聚合物質子交換隔膜與分離膜表面製備改性及生物柴油和生物質資源轉化等方面開展一些創新性工作。
主要成就
主持和完成國家自然科學基金、科技部國際合作專項、教育部留學回國啟動基金、浙江省科技計畫項目、浙江省自然科學基金和企業委託等科研項目10餘項，合作出版高分子膜分離專著一部。
在生物柴油生產關鍵設備產業化技術、丙三醇（甘油）的化學轉化和分離與電池用隔膜材料、納米磁性高分子催化劑等方面取得了一些創新性研究成果。其中生物柴油生產新技術被鑑定為國際先進。
開發的高孔隙低流阻工業及民用氣體除塵裝置核心高分子單元淨化單元的生產技術已在企業實現批量生產；親水化磺化聚醚碸膜生產技術實現產業化；大規模均粒離子交換樹脂的製備技術、高性能不對稱聚乙烯中空纖維膜技術、管式複合膜製備技術、親水性血液檢測培養瓶和環氧乙烷檢測試紙製備技術均達到了工業化生產水平，創造顯著的經濟效益和社會效益。
首次構建併合成一種具有酸/鹼結構的含苯並咪唑的導電聚芳醚酮，在此基礎上製備了一系列的耐熱抗氧化質子交換膜。
發表研究論文90餘篇，論文他引1000餘次；申請專利15項，授權10項；獲浙江省科技進步一等獎、高校科研一和三等獎各一次。
