兼任北京市物理學會第十三屆理事會常務理事、《科學觀察》編委

研究方向

半導體表面物性,金屬超晶格磁性,納米糰簇物性等低維複雜系統第一性原理計算研究。

科研成果

系統地研究了3d過渡金屬與Cu、Ag、Au等構成多層膜的磁性以及III族、V族元素在半導體矽表面形成納米結構的動力學機制。Sb4納米糰簇在矽表面上的“兩步雙重分段旋轉分解機制”被《科技導報》選為2006年中國重大科學進展的三十項工作之一[見《科技導報》2007年第一期]。在 Physical Review Letters, Applied Physics Letters, Physical Review B, Nano Letters 等學術期刊發表論文40餘篇。

研究課題

半導體表面物性(Si,Ge,SiC,ZnO),金屬合金及納米糰簇磁性,氫金屬合金與化合物等第一性原理計算研究。
