王小方，珠海橫琴愛姆斯坦生物科技有限公司首席技術官兼聯合創始人。T-MSC技術首席科學家。2008年加入康州大學幹細胞中心，在徐仁和指導下從事幹細胞技術研究。具有免疫學和幹細胞生物學的深厚科研經驗。2012年創立美國ImStem Biotechnology, Inc.,2014年創立珠海橫琴愛姆斯坦生物科技有限公司。其自主發明的專利“人胚胎幹細胞衍生的間充質樣幹細胞、方法及其套用”於2017獲得美國專利局批准並陸續取得其他發明專利總計11項。
