王啟要

王啟要,男,1978年5月生,博士,華東理工大學生物工程學院生物反應器工程國家重點實驗室教授,海洋生物學專業博士生導師,生工學院教學副院長。2013年入選上海市科技啟明星人才計畫,2016年入選上海市浦江人才計畫和國家現代農業產業技術體系崗位科學家。2013.12-2014.12,美國哈佛醫學院/霍華德·休斯醫學研究院Matthew K. Waldor教授實驗室訪問學者。國家“外專千人計畫”特聘專家Matthew K. Waldor教授在華東理工大學的主要合作者。Microbiological Research雜誌Associate Editor。

研究方向

1. 海洋動物病原性細菌致病機制研究
主要針對我國海水養殖病原性細菌的典型流行菌株,採用生化分離純化、轉座子隨機突變體文庫以及組學(基因組學、蛋白質組學和轉錄組學)等策略鑑定其毒力因子,然後採用信號傳導研究方法研究其受胞內外以及宿主各種信號/脅迫下的各種調控機制,描繪病原菌在致病過程以及環境適應過程中不同的毒力調控網路,從而為防治藥物和疫苗的設計和組裝提供靶標和相關分子器件。目前主要研究興趣是遲鈍愛德華氏菌和溶藻弧菌中六型分泌系統及其調控機制研究。目前這些研究工作與國外大學(如美國賓夕法尼亞大學、哈佛醫學院、威斯康辛大學、瑞典Umeå University、英國諾丁漢大學等)相關課題組聯繫較為緊密。
2. 水產養殖疫苗開發相關研究
主要針對海洋養殖動物病原遲鈍愛德華氏菌進行疫苗的開發工作,並且進行實際可行的多聯疫苗的套用研究。這些研究與國內水產養殖相關院校、研究所和企業緊密合作。
