研究方向

主要從事鈣鈦礦結構過渡金屬氧化物薄膜與異質界面中的新奇量子現象和功能特性研究
主要包括:
1、利用雷射分子束外延技術在原子尺度上實現功能氧化物薄膜和異質結的可控制備
2、在微納尺度上理解和調控氧化物異質界面/表面的量子效應和功能性
3、設計和實現氧化物電子學功能器件

主要成就

共發表SCI論文三十餘篇,包括1篇Nature Materials、4篇Advanced Materials、 1篇Nano Letters、3篇Nature Communications等, 論文被引1800餘次,H因子16,3篇論文入選ESI高被引論文。 長期擔任Advanced Materials、Nano Letters、Nature Communications、 ACS Applied Materials & interface等多個權威學術期刊的審稿人。
