人物簡介
1984年畢業於曲阜師範大學物理系,
1990年在北京師範大學物理系固體物理專業獲理學碩士學位,
1997年在瑞典Linköping大學物理與測量技術系理論物理組獲理學博士學位。
山東師範大學物理與電子科學學院院長,原子與分子物理省級重點學科學術帶頭人,
2017年8月任山東師範大學副校長。

1.研究半導體材料GaAs的深施主能級EL2的起源,提出了產生該能級的缺陷結構
2.研究低維準周期系統的電子態性質,提出了金屬-絕緣體轉變區的新概念
3.研究量子光場的非經典性質和原子與非經典光場的相互作用
4.研究納米低維半導體體系的電子結構和電子輸運性質,發現了在某些體系中量子束縛態的存在和電子自旋自發極化現象
5.研究由量子點組成的量子細胞鏈的動力學特性,提出了信息存儲的新機制
6.模擬量子干涉儀等量子電子學器件的工作原理
7.分子器件的電流-電壓特性的理論研究
8.分子非線性光學性質:分子的超極化率的計算和分子的雙光子吸收特性的研究

主要從事原子與分子物理、凝聚態物理、介觀物理和量子光學的理論研究工作。先後在美國的《Phys. Rev.》、《J. Appl. Phys.》、《J. Chem. Phys.》、荷蘭的《Phys. Lett.》、《Physica B》、《J. Mod. Opt.》、《Chem.Phys.Lett.》、英國的《Semicond. Sci. Technol.》、《Quantum Semiclass. Opt.》及國內的《Commun. Theor. Phys.》、《物理學報》、《Chinese Phys.》、《Chin.Phys.Lett.》、《光學學報》等國內外著名學術刊物上共發表研究論文80餘篇。其中70餘篇被SCI收錄。其中量子線的電子自旋自發極化現象[Phys.Rev.B B 54 14257(1996)]和量子點的局域電子自旋極化現象[Phys.Rev.B 57 4552(1998)]分別被引用48次和43次;發表在J.Chem.Phys.117 10283(2002)上的成果被引用18次;發表在J.Chem.Phys.114, 9813(2001)上的成果被引用52次。
