項目摘要
水稻是我國的主要糧食作物之一,其產量的提高依賴於氮肥的投入,挖掘水稻的吸氮潛力對於提高氮肥利用率具有重要意義。理想的根系性狀是水稻高效吸收氮素的重要基礎,而根系的生長發育和土壤中的氮素水平和形態關係密切。目前有關激素如何參與氮調控水稻根系形態建成的分子機制仍不清楚。以獨角金內酯合成和信號傳導缺失突變體為試材,研究獨角金內酯的合成和分泌對不同氮供應條件的回響,在轉錄水平上探討氮對獨角金內酯合成及信號傳導相關基因的調控,闡明氮調控獨角金內酯合成分泌的分子機制;研究根系對不同氮供應條件和外源獨角金內酯的回響,揭示獨角金內酯參與氮調節根生長的作用機制;採用藥理學手段和利用生長素報告基因DR5::GUS等轉基因材料以及一氧化氮特定的螢光探針(DAF-2DA),從生理和分子水平揭示獨角金內酯、生長素和一氧化氮在氮調控水稻根系生長的相互作用。
