熱熔膠管

熱熔膠管又名輸膠管，熱熔膠輸膠管，加熱軟管。熱熔膠管內膽採用進口的鐵氟龍管，具有良好的柔性、防粘性及耐高溫性（最高可達250度），可大大減少炭化現象；加熱部份採用加熱絲及耐高溫線，均勻地纏繞在喉管外壁，具有良好的絕緣性及均勻導熱、耐高溫性能，採用高質量的保溫材料，確保喉管保溫性能。

注意事項

連線熱熔膠機及熱熔膠槍的注意事項

把熱熔膠槍組合安裝在工作的熱熔膠機上適當的位置，且噴嘴對準欲塗布的材料，可以利用直徑為0.5英寸（12.7mm）的圓棒將氣動針閥噴頭組合以垂直或水平的方式固定住。

注意：移動安裝噴頭組合時，必須小心保護噴嘴。

·將熱熔膠管與熱熔膠機的連線端以手工的方式連線於熱熔膠機的出膠接頭上，再利用開口扳手適當擰緊，再將電源插頭接上。

·熱熔膠管的另一端連線鎖緊在熱熔膠槍組合組合入膠接頭上，同樣的也要把兩者的電源插頭相互接在一起。

注意：不要在面積大且冰冷的地板或金屬表面不停的移動熱熔膠管，造成熱熔膠管的溫度過低。

·連線電磁閥及過濾/調壓閥裝置於噴頭組合上，電磁閥必須靠近接在噴頭組合，以免造成其控制噴頭組合開關時間的延長。

·將調壓閥上壓力調整至零值，再將風管接上。

注意：提供的氣壓傳遞經過濾/調壓閥裝置時，其最小的壓力需大於30psi(205kpa)，以確保噴頭組合可以正常作動。
