摘要 | 在研究太原地區棉籽殼的微生物區系中, 從棉籽殼 發酵中經50'C培養分離到5株嗜熱鏈黴菌, 經鑑定為嗜熱 鏈黴菌的一個新種和一個新亞種：熱深藍紫鏈黴菌 (Streptomyces thermoatrocyaneoviolaceus) , 熱深藍 紫鏈黴菌太原亞種 (Streptomyces thermoatrocyaneoviolaceus subsp. taiyuanensis) . |
Abstract | An extremely thermoacidophilic strain, ES-23, was isolated from a selfheating coal spoil pile, Sichuan, China. The new isolate growsbetween 50 and 75'Cwith optimum 70'Cand pH1.0-5.0 with optimum 2.0. Strain ES-23 is aerobic and facultative autotrophic depending bothheterotrophically on organic compounds and autotrophically on elemental sulfur as energy source and CO2 as carbon source. G-,sphericalor oval with 0.9-1.5 micrometer in diameter. The autotrophic growth showed peripilus-like structure. Cells Lack a rigid cell wall andsurrounded only by a single triple layed membrane containing ether lipids. GC content of DNA is 38mol%(Tm).It has been determined as anew species of Thermoplasma genus and named Thermoplasma thiooxidans sp. nov. |
