熊兆錕，男，1990年9月出生，貴州省遵義市人，副教授，碩士生導師。任中共四川大學建築與環境學院研究生環境二支部書記，四川省水安全與水污染控制工程技術研究中心副主任。主要從事環境工程水污染控制技術的研發工作，重點研究高級氧化技術在醫院污水和有毒難降解工業廢水中的套用。
