研究方向
主要從事土壤微生物生態學研究,通過生態系統生態學、地統計學、氣候變化科學等多學科手段,結合野外調查取樣、原位實驗和溫室控制實驗,運用高通量測序微生物組學技術,研究自然和人工生態系統土壤微生物群落構建和演替及其參與的養分循環,為預測不同生態系統土壤微生物的空間分布和回響環境變化提供依據。
發表論文
解析了長期石油污染土壤的微生物地理格局和演替模式,探索了豐富和稀有微生物生態地位,探究了農田土壤微生物多樣性模式及其參與的養分循環,揭示了退耕還林過程土壤表層及深層微生物的構建模式及其對土壤養分循環的貢獻。相關成果發表在Microbiome、Soil Biology and Biochemistry和Molecular Ecology等期刊。
