1996-1999天津大學管理學院管理科學與工程專業碩士研究生畢業並獲碩士學位。
1999-2001天津大學管理學院管理科學與工程專業博士研究生畢業並獲博士學位。
2001-2004天津大學管理學院管理科學與工程專業博士後。
2004年至今在南開大學商學院企業管理系任教授、博士生導師。
