Wondering, "what’s a GRUNT" On the athletes’ side, fans can listen to FREE “Athlete” Grunts (video or voice messages up to 3 minutes in length) from players in categories such as: -Mid-week updates -Pre- and post-game insights -Miscellaneous life and event-related commentary On the social media side it’s a 45-second audio message sent within your private network of friends via our iPhone application.
