潘玉春

潘玉春，男，1963年生，山東省棲霞縣人，上海交通大學農業與生物學院動物科學系教授、博士生導師，兼國家畜禽遺傳資源委員會委員及豬資源專業委員會副主任委員、農業部全國豬育種協作組專家、教育部高等學校動物生產類專業教學指導委員會委員、中國畜牧獸醫學會養豬分會副理事長和信息技術分會副理事長、上海市畜牧獸醫學會副理事長、上海市農業委員會科技專家委員會委員、上海市獸醫生物技術重點實驗室主任。

教育及工作經歷

1983年於山東農業大學動物科學專業獲學士學位，1986年於東北農業大學動物遺傳育種專業獲碩士學位並留校任教，1991年在職獲得博士學位，1992年升副教授，1993年在菲律賓國際養豬培訓中心（ITCPH）訪問學習，1996年升教授，2001年末調到上海交通大學，2006～2007年在美國North Carolina State University 訪問學習。

教學科研

多年以來，一直從事動物遺傳育種人才培養、科學研究以及社會服務工作。主講課程包括生物統計、數量遺傳、家畜育種、統計基因組學。主要研究方向有二：一是統計基因組學與生物信息學；二是動物功能基因組學及其套用。迄今為止，先後主持、參加973、863、948、國家自然科學基金等各類課題30餘項，發表文章130多篇（其中40餘篇為SCI/EI論文），出版專著、譯著、教材8部，獲發明專利6項、軟體著作權13項，獲教育部科技進步二等獎1項、農業部中華科技二等獎1項、農業部科技進步三等獎1項、農牧漁業豐收三等獎1項以及第5屆遺傳學套用於家畜生產世界大會（5th WCGALP）頒發的“青年科學家獎（Young Scientist Scholarship）”。此外，還組建了“華東種豬遺傳評估中心”，開發了“中國地方豬品種登記網路平台”，參與了遺傳資源保護、大量豬新品種/配套系的審定以及《全國生豬遺傳改良計畫》啟動後的各種技術培訓、核心場遴選與現場指導工作。
