潘榮錕,廣西南丹人,博士,國家註冊安全工程師,教授,博士生導師,安全科學與工程學院副院長。主要從事火災防治理論與技術、瓦斯爆炸抑爆減災技術、消防安全技術方面的科研與教學工作。
主持國家自然科學基金項目3項,國家重點研發計畫子任務1項,省部級項目3項,及多項大型企業合作科研項目,參與國家自然基金重點項目1項。研究成果進行鑑定8項,獲得省部級科技進步一等獎1項、二等獎6項、三等獎4項;獲得發明專利8項,成果技術轉讓1項,出版著作3部,教材2部,發表學術論文60餘篇,其中SCI、EI收錄40餘篇。主持省級一流課程1項、省級教改項目2項、省級教學質量工程3項,獲得省級教學成果獎2項,指導學生獲得各類創新大賽獎5項,發表教學研究論文9篇,主講《防火防爆》和《礦井火災防治》等課程。
河南省傑出青年基金獲得者、全國煤炭青年科技獎獲得者、河南省教育廳學術技術帶頭人、河南省高校青年骨幹教師、全國消防工程專業教學指導委員會委員、中國消防協會學術工作委員、焦作市管專家、《煤炭學報》青年編委、《煤炭科學技術》和《煤礦安全》青年專家學術委員會委員。
